All services are delivered under mutually agreed project terms and timelines.
Payments must be made according to the invoice or agreement terms.
Project work will begin only after initial payment or deposit confirmation.
Delayed or incomplete payments may result in project suspension.
All content, designs, and creative materials developed by Wasti Enterprises remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment has been received.
After full payment, ownership rights may be transferred to the client as agreed in writing.
Clients must provide accurate information, feedback, and required materials in a timely manner to avoid project delays. Wasti Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, concepts, and project materials. We will not disclose or share any confidential data without prior consent.
Wasti Enterprises shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Minor revisions are included as per the project agreement. Any additional or major revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases, payments for work completed up to the termination date will remain due.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
